Saman Dewalaya
It is one of the most important places in my district. This Devalaya is believed to have been built by King Parakumba II of the Dambadeniya period by the King's Minister Aryakamadeva. Due to the rituals, rituals and social caste lineages associated with the Devalaya, it has a unique value not only in terms of historical value but also culturally. Daily offerings and quarter offerings are among the major cultural events associated with the DevalayaDuring the Duruthu, Bak and Ilma quarters, there is a simple procession around the Devala building with only Hewitt sound offerings without dancing, singing or chanting, and in the Esala quarter the procession is held in a grand manner.
